Is two-way talk loud enough if they feel faint?

The speaker reaches about 80 dB, similar to a food blender, so a weak voice can still be heard.

Do we need a smartphone or Wi-Fi?

No. The watch and pendant contain their own SIM cards and work anywhere in the UK with mobile coverage.

How long does the battery last with daily alerts?

The pendant battery lasts two to three days; the watch lasts around twenty-four hours. Both announce “Battery low” and we text you if it drops below 20%.

Can they shower or exercise while wearing it?

Yes. Both devices are water-resistant and safe for walking, gardening, or light workouts, important for diabetes management.

What if they press the button by mistake?

Simply tell the operator it was accidental. There is no charge for false alarms.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Once your order is paid for and we have received your emergency contact information, your device will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked24 providing 24hr delivery and is tracked all the way to you.
