Our 24/7 emergency control room is operated by Bracknell Forest Care (Bracknell Forest Council) under a formal data-sharing and partnership agreement. Forest Care is fully regulated by the TSA (TEC Services Association) and the CQC (Care Quality Commission), ensuring the highest standards of telecare.
