We offer an optional fall detector upgrade with our Fall Alert Pendant+ With this added feature, the device automatically connects to the control room if a fall is detected, ensuring help is arranged even if the user is unable to press the button due to shock, confusion, or unconsciousness.

No, this device does not come with automatic fall detection. If you’re looking for a device with this feature, our Fall Alert Pendant+ includes automatic fall detection, ensuring an alert is sent to our 24/7 monitoring centre even if you’re unable to press the help button.
What happens once the Pendant arrives?
All of our devices are pre-configured with your emergency contact details, ensuring they’re ready to use straight out of the box; simply charge the Pendant, press the SOS button to make a quick test call to the control room, and confirm that the device is fully activated, functioning correctly.
How do I make an emergency call with the Pendant?
Press and hold the SOS button in the middle of your pendant. Our multi-network SIM will automatically connect to the strongest available signal. The user can have a two-way conversation with the emergency control room directly through the pendant, speaking into it with ease.
Can the Pendant work outside my house, wherever I go?
Yes, the Pendant is fully mobile and works wherever you go, both inside and outside your house, as long as there is mobile network coverage.
