That’s absolutely fine. We’ll check they’re okay and end the call if no help is needed.

Does the device need charging?
Yes, both our watch and pendant alarms need charging daily like a modern mobile phone. (Up to 1 hour charge per day). This ensures full protection day and night, charged when the user is in a safe environment.
Does it have fall detection?
Yes. The pendant can detect a serious fall. If it senses a fall and there is no response, it will automatically alert our monitoring team, even if the button is not pressed.
How does the two-way conversation work?
The pendant has a speaker and microphone built in. When the button is pressed, they can speak straight to our UK control room through the pendant. There’s no need to reach for a phone.
