Thank you for ordering a 14 day free trial of a HelpAlert alarm. This page explains what happens next and what we need from you.
1. Please complete your Emergency Contact Form
We can only dispatch your alarm once the Emergency Contact Form is completed. The form gives us the details we need to link the alarm to our Emergency Control Room, contact you and your family, and add any key safe or door entry information.
2. We prepare and send your alarm
Once the form is returned, our team will programme your alarm, test it with our Emergency Control Room, and post it to you with simple instructions. We'll email you with your trial start and end dates.
3. Try it at home for 14 days
Your trial starts 3 days after dispatch (to allow for delivery), giving you a full 14 days of active service once the alarm arrives. If it's not the right fit, you can send it back within the trial period and you won't pay the ongoing subscription.
We cannot dispatch your alarm until the Emergency Contact Form is completed.
