An exceptional personal alarm service that meets the individual needs of all our users.

When I launched HelpAlert, I wanted to create a personal alarm service that allowed elderly people to stay independent in their own home. I wanted a dedicated team who love their job and care for customers as if they were family.

Having worked in the hospital charity sector for many years, I was aware of the importance of personal alarms (or telecare, as the industry is known as). It wasn’t until I was researching a suitable device for my grandmother after a recent fall that I faced difficulty finding a provider that met my requirements.

All I wanted was for my grandmother to have a friendly voice to answer quickly when she pressed her pendant. This was more challenging than I had anticipated.

It became apparent that there was something missing from the world of telecare and HelpAlert was born!

HelpAlert provides digital care of the highest standard with a dedicated and enthusiastic team who provides an exceptional careline experience for all of our users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Feedback is always acted upon, whether it is from alarm users, family members or even colleagues. It is our aim to set high standards and out-perform other telecare providers.

I am very proud of everyone who helps make this happen at HelpAlert everyday, including my grandmother!
