What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
Your alarm is covered for as long as you're a member. If it develops a fault, we'll repair or replace it.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There's no contract, even on the annual plan. If you decide to leave, unused full months are refunded. You also have a 60-day money-back guarantee after joining, subject to terms.
