Yes. We require you to return your HelpAlert device. If the device and all accessories are not returned, you may be charged.
To initiate a return, email us at careteam@helpalert.co.uk or call 01273 055049 and we will provide you with the return address. Box up your device and send it back to us within 7 days. Please note, the device must be returned undamaged and in good working order to be eligible for a full cancellation and to avoid additional charges.
We ask you return the device within 7 days of requesting the trial cancelation to ensure you are not charged.
If the device and all accessories are not returned, you will be charged.
Yes, we still require that you return your device even if it has been damaged and you may be charged for the damaged device.
All free trials automatically carry over to either a monthly or annual subscription if you do not initiate a return within the 14 day trial period.
Postage of the returned device needs to be paid for by yourself, the return postage is not covered by HelpAlert.
No, when your trial period is over, you will not receive a new device.
