How to order
1. Choose a device
There are three devices to choose from in order to be become a HelpAlert member. A watch or pendant which can be used on-the-go or in anyroom of their house. Or a home lifeline alarm which works in a fixed location only.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly Billing
For the best saving, we recommend choosing a yearly billing option. The saving is applied every year and our prices are fixed for all customers.
3. Add Emergency Contacts
Once your payment is made, you will receive an email to complete our Emergency Contact Form, allowing information like medical history and emergency contacts to be programmed into the device.
4. Device is delivered
Expect fast delivery with everything prepared for simple setup, giving you quick access to HelpAlert’s lifesaving support.

How our Service Works
Alarm is pressed
The device will connect to the UK-based control room and the user will be personally greeted by a friendly care team operator. The user will be able to speak and hear directly through their GPS device or through their home lifeline base-unit.
Automatic Falls Detector
We offer a fall detector upgrade which means the device will automatically connect to the control room if a fall occurs. This ensures help is arranged even if the user is unable to press the button due to shock, confusion, or unconsciousness.
Family and neighbours alerted
The control room will get in touch with family, friends or neighbours listed on the user’s account to keep them updated with any incidents which may occur. The contacts may be asked to attend to help. If this isn’t possible we will arrange other means of help.
Emergency services dispatched
If listed contacts can’t attend, we will dispatch the emergency services. If the alarm call is more serious and an ambulance is required, this will be arranged quickly while keeping the user calm at all times and notifying family and friends at every stage of the emergency.
